Our Refund Policy

 

1. Cancellations by Customer

  • 30+ days before departure: 75% refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 0–14 days before departure: No refund

2. Non-refundable Services

Visa charges, insurance, and flight tickets once issued are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by Company

If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

5. Service Charges

All cancellations are subject to a service charge which will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.

6. Partial Utilization

If a traveler has partially used any service (e.g., hotel stay, transport, or tours), the remaining unused portion is non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Special Promotions & Discounts

Bookings made under special promotional offers or discounts may have separate refund rules which will be communicated at the time of booking.
